myClearance is the Australian Government Security Vetting Agency’s (AGSVA) security clearance portal. It is used by applicants, clearance holders and sponsors.

myClearance is used to:

  • initiate security clearance requests
  • complete, submit and track security clearance applications
  • update contact details
  • record changes in personal circumstances.

Access

The Australian Government's Digital ID service provides a secure method of logging in to myClearance, making it quicker and easier to access.

myID is the Australian Government’s ID app. To access myClearance, a Standard strength Digital ID is required.

Users experiencing difficulties logging on can visit the myID system maintenance page for status updates.
